What do the Music Boosters do?
We are a nonprofit organization, made up of parents, students and alumni, that supports the Choir, Orchestra, and Band programs at the high school. Our objective is to help promote and sustain musical excellence and support the music department staff. The Music Boosters believe that every student benefits socially, emotionally and academically from the opportunity to develop their musical talents and then share the joy of music with our community.
The Music Boosters do many things throughout the school year and beyond.
We utilize volunteers to:
The Music Boosters also provide fundraising opportunities for students, such as the directing of parking for the 4H Fair and cheesecake sales. The money raised by a student goes into his/her individual student music accounts, which the student can use towards music department trips, choir gowns, Cabaret Night tickets, Cabaret Night tickets, band camp, etc.
The Music Boosters do many things throughout the school year and beyond.

- Assist in organizing various fundraising events.
- Assist the music staff in the music office.
- Help with the filling and maintaining of the water vending machine in the music wing
- Provide Senior Awards at the end of each year.
- Provide baked goods and drinks at all concerts.
- Set up and provide refreshments at each home football game to the Mendham Marching Band and the visiting band as well, a much-appreciated tradition.
- Run and support the Marching Band Pit Crew at every game, both home and away.

Why should you join or donate to the Music Boosters?
Music Boosters is funded solely through fundraising, membership dues, and donations. The money we raise goes to help subsidize or pay for expenses not covered by the school budget. In the past we have:
How can I participate? Become a member and / or make a donation: WMMHS Music Boosters Club annual membership is $35 per family. To join, please click the button below. Those who join or renew their membership by December 1, 2023 will be entered into a raffle to win two adult tickets to Cabaret Night, an approximate $170 value! Those who wish to support the music department directly can send general donations or specify donations by area. Donations are separate from the membership fee and have several contribution levels (Bronze $100, Silver $250, Gold $500, Platinum $1,000, Maestro’s Circle $5,000). All contributions are appreciated, and donors are acknowledged in concert programs throughout the year.

- Providing baked goods or drinks at concerts
- Assisting with fundraising events, such as the Cheesecake Sale
- Assisting with the Marching Band Pit Crew, including the refreshment table
- Buying water/stocking the vending machine
- Helping with raffle sales, set-up and take-down at Cabaret Night
